Michelle has led multidisciplinary teams throughout her career, sparking fresh ideas and delivering strategically creative identities and systems for a broad range of industries and clients. Her eye for detail and collaborative approach have proven invaluable in solving client challenges.

As an accomplished creative professional and intuitive leader, Michelle has over 25 years of experience as a Creative Director and Partner in New York with a proven track record of developing award-winning brand identities at some of the most creative agencies in the world.

She has been a guest lecturer at the American Marketing Association and Portfolio Center and currently serves as a chapter president of Executive Women International.
